decorated themed cookies for me when I had a party. They were so good,

The cupcakes that Michelle made for my daughter's sweet 16 party
were outstanding! The party theme of "SWEET" was carried out in
beautiful cupcakes topped with all sorts of delicious candies in very
pretty patterns like flowers, ladybugs, and more! The girls greatly

I just wanted to send you a note telling you how much
I appreciated your business. Thank you for accepting my plea for the
perfect cake for my daughter's six birthday. I came to you not even
knowing what I needed. I was at a complete loss. Your response was
not only quick but creative. You suggestion was PERFECT and the final
product was nothing short of beautiful!!! My daughter LOVED the cake
and so did all our guest. Oh and thank you for agreeing to add the
special "pink sprinkles". When I cut the cake she said, "Oooooo!" It
reminded me of all the special birthday cakes my mom baked when I was a kid.

Smackerals by Michelle creates the most wonderful treats I have
ever put in my mouth. The baked goods produced by Smackerals are
responsible for at least 50 pounds of my weight gain. That said “the
Smackeral Lady” as we call her at our house makes the greatest Apple
Crumb Pie, Key Lime Pie, Blueberry Crumb Pie, German Chocolate Cake, Black
Forrest Cake and Carrot Cake in all the world. Her attention to the
details in her carved and fancy cakes are almost as amazing as the taste.
There is nothing better than the taste of her cakes, pies or cookies, dear lord
how could I forget the cookies. Sugar cakes, with chocolatey chips and
coconut and yummy icing, sugar cookies in the shape of my favorite tools, butter
cookies that I devour by the handful. Then there are the Chocolate chip,
the snickerdoodles, the pumpkin oatmeal raisin, and the oatmeal-cranberry-white
chocolate chip. Now those last two cookies make me think of the holidays
and her pecan pie and her pumpkin pie and her pumpkin whoopee pies. Does
anyone have a calendar so I can see how long I have to wait for those
unbelievable creations. Alright I can’t stand it any longer, I want
one or 5 of everything I just listed and the name of a good cardiologist.
Thank you Smackeral lady for making the greatest treats I have ever consumed in
my 35 years.

I just told Michelle he
has a CRAZY sense of humor and she created an AWESOME cake for him!

Michelle also created an adorable Captain Hoook / Peter Pan cake for my son's 4th birthday. She was able to incorporate most of the characters onto the cake! My son LOVED it!!

Michelle's cakes are creative
and delicious. How she does it? I don't know nor do I care, she
makes a cake that is dense and coarse,
and you do not taste one
imitation ingredient, just tastes like more. You won't want to share the
leftovers.
Then there are her pumpkin whoopie pies and holiday
cookies.......they will leave you craving for the season to come around
sooner just so you could order them again.

Over the years, I have had numerous pies, whoopie pies, Christmas cookies,

Not only are they
gorgeous works of art, but they are truly the most delicious creations ever

Michelle's apple pie is the absolute best apple pie I've ever
tasted!!! Her pumpkin whoopie pies are sinfully delicious!

are incredibly moist, full of flavor, and uniquely decorated(almost too

favorite are her Christmas cookies!
She makes the best iced sugar
