Q: How do you create your custom cakes?
A: First I bake everything from scratch. There are no box mixes or ready made icings used in my bakery. I believe the cake should taste as good as it looks. To create custom cakes for your event I carve or free hand draw my cakes to whatever design you desire. This way I am not limited to whatever a machine can produce or what pans may be available.
Q: What is a "Smackeral"?
